"Wrong item, slow shipping, and no real help"
I ordered one thing and ended up getting something completely different, which was frustrating enough. On top of that, shipping took forever. Every time I reached out to support, they basically just told me to wait, so I felt kind of trapped with no clear way to fix it or get an actual answer.

"Pretty solid gear for the price"
I ordered a few things from shopepicfitness.com and overall I’ve been happy with them. The gear feels sturdy and has held up well after a few weeks of use, with no strange wear or issues so far. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect for the price, but the quality ended up being better than I thought. Nothing overly fancy, but definitely solid and worth it in my experience.

"Shipping ended up being more stressful than it should’ve been"
The package did arrive in good shape, so I’ll give them that, but it showed up later than expected. I wasn’t planning on having to keep checking the tracking and worrying about whether it would get here in time, so the whole thing added some unnecessary stress. Overall, the item was fine, but the shipping experience was just okay

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to shopepicfitness and was relieved by how easy they made it. As someone who really hates having to go back and forth with customer service, I appreciated that they replied quickly and just handled it without turning it into a whole thing. The responses were simple, clear, and I didn’t have to keep chasing them. Overall, really solid customer service.

"Return was way more hassle than expected"
I had a frustrating experience with the return. It took much longer than I expected, and the refund process wasn’t very clear, so I kept having to figure out what was going on. Support did eventually reply, but it was late enough that it didn’t really help much. Based on this experience, I probably won’t order from them again.

"Honestly didn’t feel worth the price"
I bought this after going back and forth for a while, mostly because I was already ordering a few things online that night and figured I’d give it a try. But for what I paid, it just didn’t feel like I got much in return. Maybe my expectations were too high, but it felt underwhelming for the price
